1. Introduction

2. Services

We provide digital services including, but not limited to:

  • AI-based solutions

  • Website design and development

  • Digital marketing and advertising services

All services are customized based on client requirements and agreed scope.

3. Service Types

We offer:

  • One-time services (e.g., website development, AI setup)

  • Ongoing/monthly services (e.g., digital marketing, maintenance plans)

The applicable service type and pricing will be clearly communicated before purchase.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are agreed upon before work begins.

  • Payment may be required in full or partially in advance.

  • For subscription services, billing occurs on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise agreed.

  • Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refund requests may be submitted within 30 days of payment.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the status of the project and work completed.

  • Partial refunds may be issued for partially completed work.

  • No refunds will be provided for:

    • Completed services

    • Delivered and approved work

    • Third-party costs (e.g., ads, software, domains, hosting)

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request cancellation at any time.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be calculated based on work completed.

  • Ongoing services must be canceled before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information, content, and requirements.

  • Respond to communications and approvals in a timely manner.

  • Delays caused by the client do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools, platforms, or services (e.g., hosting, ad platforms).

  • We are not responsible for the performance, downtime, or policies of third-party providers.

  • Any third-party costs are non-refundable.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final delivered work, unless otherwise agreed.

  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

11. No Guarantee of Results

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes, especially for marketing or AI-related services.

  • Results may vary depending on market conditions, competition, and other external factors.

12. Chargebacks and Disputes

  • Clients agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may be considered a breach of this Agreement.

  • We reserve the right to provide all documentation to financial institutions to dispute chargebacks.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • The client violates these terms

  • Payment obligations are not met

  • The client engages in abusive or unlawful behavior

14. Privacy

Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, State of Massachusetts.

16. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
